FAQ
How long will it take for my order to arrive? As we are all volunteers with full-time jobs, we will send the order by batches every 2-3 weeks. Thank you very much for your patience and support!
How do I know the money will go to the animals? Same as for general donations, we communicate regularly on our social media platforms. You are welcome to contact us directly also, for us to give you more details :)
I want a design that is not listed here, can I get it? Sorry, as we try to keep the logistics manageable, we have selected these items. You can follow our social media, as we sometimes do limited editions.
