The shelter and rescuer have been called up every day for the past 20 years to rescue neglected and abused strays. Since “catch-and-kill” has been legalised in Malaysia, adopting a dog from Malaysia has been more urgent than ever.
More adoptions at CARESJB also mean more space freed up in our shelter to assist more strays from getting culled in the streets.
